this group of the above and previous two shots is beautiful! they have a different quality to them that captures my attention, not the usual portrayal and certainly not simply documentary shots. i sense the movement, and some other kind of impact that i can’t define. wonderful!

Thanks, Donna! I’ve been tinkering a bit with flower shots, using a closeup filter and a “mirage” image splitting filter on the Spotmatic. I’ve never been a big fan of “flower macros”, but this combination does make some interesting effects.
