How the heart feels a languid grief

Some leftovers from last autumn–the temperatures in the basement have been far too cold the last few weeks to spend any time over the sink with black and white chemicals.

    … i should say, colors of nature other than blizzard white. how i long for an early spring!

    Much agreed, bea! Though here it’s been a mostly brown and gray winter, with incredible cold (-2F this morning, and that’s a warming trend…)–we’ve avoided the blizzards you folks have been handed over the last week or so. Spring can’t come too soon.
