Lubitel
The Lubitel is my new favorite–a Soviet-made, circa 1950, TLR that takes 120 film. It’s not great for snapshots–it takes a lot of set-up to get the gears lined up and the focus adjusted–but it creates sharp, warm pictures like nothing else I’ve used. And I love the 120 format–so big and rich (and easy to handle–the negatives are huge).
